大通店」をオープン。 こちらのお店はその後、焼肉と日本酒を楽しめる「酒商肉野」に変化したり、もっともっと気軽にお酒を楽しんでもらえる酒場らしさをプラスした「銘酒角打ちセンター大通店」に変化したりした。そして2020年6月13日、その歴史に幕を下ろした。 2015年12月1日、札幌2店舗目「鮨角打ち 裏・小樽酒商たかの」がオープンする。 本当は11月11日オープン予定だったが間に合わず、親子三代で坊主頭にして謝罪したという思い出がある。 「鮨で酒を飲めたら幸せだよなぁ」という社長の言葉から生まれたお店。 鮨職人ではないので、お鮨は具なしの細巻きの上にお刺身がドカッとのった豪快スタイル。 でも酢飯は小樽の人気寿司屋にこっそり教えてもらったとっておきの酢飯！ 米の炊き方も小樽の米屋さん直伝。
